I am made of colors, countless and bright,
As varied as flowers blooming in light.
I move through the world, both fast and slow,
Guided by the feelings I long to show.
Within me, a war of thoughts does rage,
Conflicting views on every stage.
I love, I hate, I laugh, I cry,
But I rise again, always willing to try.
At times, I hunger, parched and lean,
At others, I feast on all that is seen.
I am short, I am tall, I am big, I am small,
But I find beauty in the differences of them all.
I think uniquely, and act in my own way,
My beliefs may differ, but that’s okay.
I hum with energy, vibrant and free,
A vessel of spirit, always mystery to see.
I am all these things and infinitely more,
A tapestry is woven from my inner core.
In joy and pain, in shadow and light,
I am humanity, endless and bright
